IT Support Technician
- Hourly Rate: £19.26 PAYE or £24.55 Umbrella

- Job Type: Contract (3 months)
- Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days onsite
We are seeking an IT Support Technician for a 3-month contract based in London. This role involves providing second-line support, including hardware fixes and staff support, in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows-based systems.
- Provide direct support to staff, ensuring efficient operation of IT resources.
- Manage system setups and configurations using Microsoft Intune.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and system logs.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance and provide solutions to IT-related problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a second-line IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
