About the RoleWe’re looking for a strategic and tech-savvy Digital & AI Strategy Manager to lead the evolution of our marketing capabilities through digital innovation and artificial intelligence. This role is central to shaping how we use AI to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in a fast-paced fintech environment.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and implementing AI-driven marketing solutions, optimising digital channels, and driving data-led decision-making across campaigns and customer journeys. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & AI Integration
- Develop and execute a roadmap for integrating AI into marketing operations, including automation, personalisation, and predictive analytics.
- Identify and deploy AI tools to improve campaign performance, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and CRM teams to align AI initiatives with customer needs and business goals.
Digital Channel Optimisation
- Lead the transformation of digital marketing channels (web, email, social, paid media) using AI for real-time optimisation and targeting.
- Implement machine learning models to enhance lead scoring, churn prediction, and conversion strategies.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing using AI-powered platforms.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure the impact of AI and digital initiatives on marketing ROI.
- Use insights from customer data, behavioural analytics, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI in all marketing activities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Innovation Leadership
- Act as a thought leader and internal champion for AI in marketing.
- Educate and influence stakeholders on the value and application of AI technologies.
- Stay ahead of fintech and martech trends to maintain competitive advantage.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or strategy roles, with at least 2 years focused on AI or martech innovation.
- Proven experience in fintech or financial services marketing.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, generative AI) and their marketing applications.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
