As Digital Designer, you will:
Lead the visual redesign of our entire websiteto bring our service-led proposition to life.Design and optimise a new “Book a Consultation” journey that improves conversion and increases average order value.Create and iterate digital experiences and campaigns that drive engagement, performance, and commercial impact.

What you’ll be doing
Digital Experience Design
Own the design of our website, landing pages, product/service pages, and campaign journeys.
Create responsive, user-centred, conversion-optimised layouts across key digital touchpoints.
Design supporting assets for digital campaigns.
Design email campaigns and flows - and prepare them for build (or code in HTML/CSS where needed).
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with our front-end developer and marketing team.
Ensure seamless translation of design into build.
Present design concepts, articulate rationale, and take on board feedback.
Brand & Quality
Maintain and evolve our digital design system and component library.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital outputs.
Contribute to developing our digital brand identity.
Continuous Improvement
Use insight, data, and customer behaviour to inform ongoing optimisation.
Stay ahead of design trends, accessibility standards, and best practice.
We’re looking for...
Essential
4+ years’ experience as a Digital Designer, Web Designer, or UI Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and digital design work.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
Experience designing high-performing digital journeys and assets.
Ability to design or code email templates (HTML/CSS).
Desirable
Experience designing for D2C or eCommercebrands.
Knowledge of Shopify.
Experience with CRO, experimentation, or performance-led design.
Training in UX, accessibility, or interaction design.
