Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager
Reed Technology is partnering with a prestigious organisation in Edinburgh to recruit an experienced CRM Project Manager with a strong background in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM programmes. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s CRM roadmap over the next 24 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Own project governance: RAID logs, plans, budgets, business cases, and reporting.
- Manage CRM scope, requirements, MVP definition, and change control.
- Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, and external Microsoft implementation partners.
- Facilitate workshops for requirements, user stories, and process mapping.
- Ensure solution design aligns with business needs, best practice and future state processes.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
- Manage CRM project budgets, financial tracking, procurement activities, and vendor contracts.
- Lead change management, communications, training plans, and transition to BAU support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM transformation projects.
- Strong project management background including governance, planning, and reporting.
- Experience working with Microsoft partners, technical teams, and multi-disciplinary workstreams.
- Good understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure AD, M365.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and Agile ceremonies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor-management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, procurement, and large project financials (up to £2m).
Desirable:
- Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-600, or similar).
- Project certifications (PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master).
- Experience in regulated environments or membership-based organisations.
- Familiarity with GDPR, information governance, and ITIL service transition.
