My Global leading client are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and is passionate about building smart, scalable solutions across Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales modules using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

• Lead the design and development of custom solutions in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems to streamline data flow and automate processes.
• Customise and configure applications to meet specific business needs.
• Troubleshoot and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Document development and integration processes clearly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, scalable technical solutions.

• Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in:
  • Omnichannel & CoPilot Studio
  • Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
  • C# (.NET), JavaScript, HTML, SQL
• Experience with Azure integration and managing Dataverse environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
