ERP Sales Order & Contracts Administrator
Are you highly organised, analytically minded and confident working with ERP systems? We are looking for a detail-focused ERP Sales Order & Contracts Administrator to join our team and support the accurate processing of sales orders and contract documentation within our ERP environment.
Location: Hoddesdon Employment Type: Temporary role 3 months Salary: £14.00 - £23.00 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Manual Sales Order entry into the ERP system.
- Reviewing contracts, quotations, work orders, and purchase orders to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Booking contracts into the ERP system in line with internal processes.
- Extracting and interpreting key information from structured reports.
- Cross-checking data across multiple documents and sources to ensure alignment with ERP records.
- Ensuring accurate and timely data input.
- Supporting internal teams with information requests and documentation accuracy.
Candidate Attributes
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Access, Sage, or similar.
- Ability to extract essential information from structured reports.
- Confident in cross-referencing information across multiple documents and sources.
- High level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and capable with other MS Office applications.
- Well-organised, methodical, and reliable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ideal Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience booking contracts into an ERP system.
- Prior experience with manual sales order entry.
- Background in reviewing contract documentation for accuracy and completeness.
