EUC Engineer

EUC Engineer - Microsoft, Active Directory, Entra ID, Networking 

My industry leading client based in London is looking for an experienced EUC Engineer for an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend 

Please note this role will be fully onsite and will be inside IR35   As a Modern Workplace EUC engineer, you’ll be enabling employees and partners to securely access applications and data across devices, empowering productivity while maintaining IT governance.  Knowledge and Experience Someone with expert knowledge across of at least 3 of the following infrastructure technologies: 

• Microsoft 365 platforms including: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint. 
• Endpoint Management including Endpoint Privilege Management, Application Delivery (including Win Get deployment), Windows Defender and Autopilot via Microsoft Intune. 
• Active Directory and Entra ID management including, PKI, conditional access and privileged access management. 
• Enterprise Operating Systems and Databases (e.g. Windows 10/11Desktop and SQL Server). 
• Microsoft Azure including Infrastructure as a Service virtual machines and Azure Firewall. 
• Networking and connectivity (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, proxies, load balancing, firewalls, switching and routing). 
• Project management tools and techniques including Kanban. 

It would be advantageous that you can also demonstrate knowledge of the following: 

• Ivanti Application Control, Environment Management, User Workspace manager and Performance Manager. 
• Enterprise Security (e.g. IDS/IPS, Encryption, PKI) 
• Virtualisation platforms (e.g. Hyper-V) 
• Hyper Converged Infrastructure and Virtual Storage Attached Networking 
• Certification in Microsoft Endpoint, 365 and Entra ID technologies
