EUC Engineer Palo Alto

EUC ENGINEER (PALO ALTO GLOBALPROTECT), £450 INSIDE IR35, HYBRID

On behalf of Brent Council, we're looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to support and enhance secure remote access services within a complex enterprise environment. This is a 6-month contract requiring onsite attendance in Brent three days per week.

The Role

• Administer and support Palo Alto GlobalProtect remote access solutions.
• Troubleshoot VPN connectivity, authentication and endpoint compliance issues.
• Manage Microsoft Intune policies, deployments and device management.
• Provide 3rd line support and contribute to project delivery and service improvements.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto GlobalProtect.
• Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager administration.
• Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting.
• Entra ID, Conditional Access and VPN authentication technologies.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of Prisma Access or Zero Trust concepts.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and firewalls.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Comfortable supporting planned out-of-hours changes when required.
