Day-to-day of the role:
  • Marketplace Management:

    • Maintain and expand their accounts on various online platforms.
    • Ensure all product listings are current, optimised, and visually appealing.
    • Manage product variations, descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    • Track and analyse sales performance and advertising ROI.
    • Generate regular reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Experience & Operations:

    • Coordinate order processing, shipping, and stock availability with internal teams.
    • Monitor customer feedback and respond promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics.
  • Content & Promotions:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns.
    • Conduct A/B testing on content elements to enhance performance.
  • Compliance & Administration:

    • Stay updated with changing policies and requirements of each marketplace.
    • Ensure all product listings comply with platform guidelines and legal standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in ecommerce, ideally within online marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce operations and product listing best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and content management systems.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in product distribution is an advantage.
