E-commerce Manager - Permanent - Salary £50,000 + Bonus

Based in Greater Manchester - Hybrid - Flexible working

We're looking for a commercially minded E-commerce Manager to lead online trading, optimize the customer journey, and deliver sustained revenue growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of a trusted retail brand's online experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day website trading, promotions, and product presentation
• Monitor and improve conversion rates, AOV, and customer journey performance
• Plan and execute seasonal and commercial campaigns
• Use tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to drive UX/UI enhancements
• Lead digital merchandising and category strategy
• Drive A/B testing, personalization, and mobile-first improvements
• Collaborate across marketing, merchandising, and tech teams
• Report on key metrics and forecast online sales

Skills Required:

• 5+ years' experience working in a similar Ecommerce Manager role, preferably within a retail/fashion/homeware sector
• Experience of e-commerce, trading, or digital merchandising
• Proven success in driving online revenue and conversion rates
• Strong grasp of UX, CRO, and analytics
• Experience with Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar CMS & e-commerce platforms
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel for reporting
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Passion for delivering seamless, inspiring online shopping experiences
• Experience of managing both UK & EU websites - advantageous
