Enterprise Architect

• Contract Duration: 12 months initial (scope to extend)
• Rate: £700/Day (Inside IR35)
• Location: London (consideration for Ipswich/Gloucester)
• Security Clearance: DV clearance required

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for a 12-month contract, with potential for extension, within a complex organisation. This role requires a professional with a strong background in Defence or similar environments, and current DV clearance.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop high-level and low-level technical architecture models that are production-ready.
• Utilise TOGAF principles and Sparx Enterprise Architect tools to create and implement effective solutions.
• Engage in hands-on modelling using ArchiMate, UML, and BPMN to support project requirements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with security standards.
• Provide expertise in supporting security assurance, risk assessment, and accreditation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex organisations, particularly within the defence sectors.
• Must possess current and transferable DV clearance.
• Strong practical application of TOGAF and hands-on expertise with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Proficient in modelling skills including ArchiMate, UML, and BPMN.
• Experience in producing production-ready HLD and LLD technical architecture models.

Desirable Skills:

• TOGAF/MODAF Certification.
• ArchiMate certification.
• Experience with Waterfall, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with supporting security assurance, risk assessment, and accreditation artefacts.
