 Location: Nottingham? Contract: Until October Half Term? Hours: 23 hours teaching, 14 hours admin (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Esports Lecturer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your experience in the esports industry and help students explore exciting career paths in one of the fastest-growing sectors in digital entertainment.

What You’ll Be Teaching

Students will explore a wide range of topics designed to prepare them for careers in esports and related industries, including:

  •  Esports Business & Marketing – strategy, sponsorship, and digital engagement
  •  Broadcasting & Media Production – live streaming, content creation, and casting
  •  Event Management – planning and delivering esports tournaments
  •  Coaching & Performance – team leadership, psychology, and wellbeing
  •  Game Design & Technology – understanding esports genres and tools
  •  Social Media & Graphic Design – branding, community engagement, and visual content
What We’re Looking For

  • Have broad experience in competitive gaming and the online gaming community
  • Can inspire students with creative ideas and real-world insights
  • Ideally hold a recognised teaching qualification
