Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant to Group CFO London, UK | Hybrid Full-Time | Fixed-Term Contract £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a high-level executive within a global organisation operating across the UK and Southern Africa.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is looking to take ownership of a key support role.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive EA support to the Group CFO, including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
- Liaise with senior stakeholders across multiple international locations
- Coordinate executive meetings and communications across global offices
- Support visiting senior executives with logistics and admin
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and reception cover when needed
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within a medium-sized organisation
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, proactive, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with international teams, particularly in African markets
- Event coordination experience
- Degree educated or equivalent experience
