The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two senior executives within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Supporting the Chief Technology Officer and Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to senior leadership.
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
- Oversee inbox management, responding to and escalating communications where appropriate.
- Coordinate national and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Organise and schedule meetings, conferences, and executive events.
- Prepare, edit and format presentations, reports, correspondence and other business documentation.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for executive-level meetings and business updates.
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing the flow of information and ensuring executives are fully briefed and prepared.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Provide proactive administrative support, anticipating requirements and resolving issues before they arise.
- Support wider business initiatives and projects as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior executives within a demanding and fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant supporting executive-level leaders.
- Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong experience managing complex diaries, inboxes and competing priorities.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional, approachable and discreet, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to work independently and use initiative.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and changing priorities.
