Finance Director - full or part time

Reed Finance are pleased to be supporting a long term client who are in the market for a new senior finance professional to head up financial strategy, manage operational requirements and lead the business alongside their entrepreneurial CEO.

The buisness is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the tech/software space, now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to mange the finance function and partner with the senior management team. This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Oversee cash management and ensure the company's financial stability.
• Provide operational and commercial insights to drive business performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role.
• Strong background in financial strategy and cash management.
• Highly operational and commercial mindset.
• Experience in the SAAS industry is essential.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications – CCAB qualified ideally with a degree
