Finance System Implementation Specialist Salary: £75,000 + up to 6% bonus Location: Hybrid Type: Full-time (38 hours per week) - FTC 6 Months
We’re working with a well-established organisation looking to appoint a Finance System Implementation Specialist to play a key role in delivering and optimising finance systems across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys driving change, working cross-functionally, and seeing projects through from start to finish in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
The Role You’ll take the lead on finance system implementations, ensuring smooth delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and high-performing solutions that support the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new finance systems
- Work closely with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and pre-launch validation
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and drive continuous improvements
About You
- Proven experience implementing finance systems
- Strong project management capability
- Technically confident with excellent analytical skills
- Comfortable working across departments and managing stakeholders
- Strong communicator with the ability to train and support users
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
