Graphic Designer

Location: Fulham

This role is crucial in supporting the Creative Department within an innovative company in the leisure and tourism industry. 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Design user interfaces for mobile devices, apps, web, and other interactive applications.
  • Deliver creative and engaging designs that either feature a unique look and feel or adhere to specific brand guidelines.
  • Manage the entire design process from brief to delivery, utilising wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, mock-ups, and storyboards, and publish final graphics for deployment.
  • Edit and refine designs based on feedback and user testing.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Development, and Marketing teams to understand project requirements.
  • Research, artwork, and manage project assets, such as photography and video.
  • Create, edit, and publish audiovisual content, including slideshows, animations, and videos.
  • Design compelling visuals for marketing materials, social media, websites, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Follow in-house guidelines and practices, and archive work as required.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
  • Adhere to best practice and industry standards with a focus on user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree-level qualification in Graphic Design or a related subject.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a studio environment or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing user interfaces for mobile or web.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects/Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
