A leading global technology business is seeking a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. The Role

As HRBP, you’ll work closely with our client's senior stakeholders to deliver strategic HR initiatives, support organisational change, and champion employee engagement. You’ll be a trusted advisor across the business, balancing operational delivery with forward-thinking people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategy with business goals
• Lead on employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance
• Support talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning
• Drive engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
• Collaborate with global HR colleagues on cross-functional projects
• Provide coaching and support to managers to build capability

About You

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role at Business Partner level
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, global environment
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred
