What You’ll Be Doing

As HRBP, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting organisational change. You’ll balance hands-on delivery with forward-thinking strategy, helping to build a culture of engagement, inclusion, and performance.

• Align HR strategy with business goals across key functions
• Lead on employee relations, performance, and policy guidance
• Support talent development, succession planning, and workforce design
• Champion wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with global HR teams on cross-functional projects
• Coach and empower managers to build leadership capability

What You’ll Bring

• Proven HR experience at Business Partner level
• Strong grasp of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Comfortable navigating a global, matrixed organisation
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
