HR Officer Data Specialist

My client is seeking a skilled HR Officer Data Specialist to join their team. This role is until the end of March initally but could be extended for the right candidate.

This role really is a golden unicorn role as it is a traditional HR Officer with elements of being tech savy and a interest in data.

As part of the company's growth and transition to a new HR and finance system, they are embarking on a data migration project. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent data entry skills and proficiency in handling large databases and advanced Excel functions.

Position Overview:

Data Metrics

As an HR Data Specialist, you will play a vital role in migrating our HR and finance data to the new system accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be entering, validating, and reconciling HR-related data from various sources into the new system. The position offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely for the majority of the time, with one day per week in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks related to HR and finance data migration.
  • Validate data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
  • Conduct data reconciliation between multiple sources and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR and finance teams to ensure smooth data migration and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations throughout the process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing data entry procedures.
