HR Systems Analyst 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
My client is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join their Human Resources team. This role is crucial for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of our HR employee and company data. The HRIS Specialist will assist in system management, report generation, and process improvements, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist in the management and maintenance of accurate HR employee and company data.
- Help design and reconfigure system settings to ensure data security.
- Generate reports and follow the audit process to support the HR team in fulfilling their duties.
- Design reports and dashboards, ensuring they pass the audit process before distribution.
- Resolve HRIS technical issues and collaborate with vendors for issues that cannot be rectified in-house.
- Work with the HR team and other departments on process improvements, recommending changes to the Director of HR Systems and Insights.
- Train and support HR and other users of the HRIS system.
- Escalate breaches of data, technical, or system issues that require specialist resolution to the Director of HR Systems and Insights.
- Assist the Director of HR Systems and Insights with annual audits and data collation.
- Support the SVP of HR with data requests and system support as needed.
- Assist with system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations at all times.
- Conduct regular system audits in line with internal audit guidelines and protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HRIS or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
- Experience with HRIS software and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
