HR Systems Analyst
HRIS Project Officer- 6-month FTC
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRIS Implementation Project Officer to support the successful rollout of our client's new Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This is a pivotal role within our client's HR transformation programme, ensuring the system is implemented on time, within scope, and delivers maximum value to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end implementation of the HRIS, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
 - Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure system requirements are met.
 - Assist in data migration, validation, and cleansing activities.
 - Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, risk logs, and progress reports.
 - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support training delivery.
 - Monitor project milestones and escalate issues or delays as needed.
 - Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience supporting HRIS implementations or HR systems projects.
 - Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
 - Excellent organisational and communication skills.
 - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
 - Proficiency in Excel and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Trello, JIRA).
 - Experience with systems such as Workday, iTrent, SuccessFactors, or similar is highly desirable.
