Head Of Digital

Reed Technology  is partnering with a company based in Edinburgh, looking to hire a Head of Digital for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of the organisation’s digital plan, driving upgrades, security, improvements and new system implementations.
• Oversee digital service delivery across infrastructure, networks, applications, telephony, cyber security and ICT support.
• Manage a multidisciplinary digital team, building capability and embedding a performance-driven, customer-focused culture.
• Ensure major projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards.
• Lead system procurement, supplier management and effective governance.
• Maintain robust cyber security, backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage capital and operational budgets, forecasting future investment needs.

Requirements:

• Senior leadership experience within digital, technology, or IT services.
• Strong background across infrastructure, applications, systems, and service delivery.
• Proven track record delivering digital or system transformations.
• Experience managing teams, suppliers and budgets.
• Ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of CRM systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.

Benefits:

• 6-month FTC paying up to £64,172 (pro-rata).
• 1-day per week in the office (Central Edinburgh) and 4-days working from home.
