My client is seeking a Sales Manager, where you will lead their sales and support teams to drive performance and ensure project success. This role demands a strategic thinker with a technical background and a knack for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Teams: Conduct daily briefings, monitor targets, and support complex negotiations.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee lead management, ensure CRM accuracy, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Client Relations: Direct key accounts, manage escalations, and approve special pricing.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments and manage client expectations and timelines.
  • Development & Coaching: Provide real-time feedback, identify training needs, and promote a consultative sales approach.
