My client is seeking a Sales Manager, where you will lead their sales and support teams to drive performance and ensure project success. This role demands a strategic thinker with a technical background and a knack for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Teams: Conduct daily briefings, monitor targets, and support complex negotiations.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee lead management, ensure CRM accuracy, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Client Relations: Direct key accounts, manage escalations, and approve special pricing.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments and manage client expectations and timelines.
