Overview: Seeking a Helpdesk Support Coordinator to manage user support for business systems and applications, ensuring efficient problem resolution and system management.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for user issues.
- Provide training on business systems.
- Maintain system and user account accuracy.
- Manage hardware and software inventory.
