Join our team as a Helpline Advisor and become the first point of contact for customer and dealer enquiries. Day-to-day of the role:
- Respond to customer and dealer enquiries via telephone, email, and CRM systems.
- Provide accurate information and support across a wide range of products and services.
- Investigate customer queries and collaborate with internal teams to achieve effective resolutions.
- Follow up on enquiries to ensure a positive customer experience and timely completion.
- Manage warranty-related queries and liaise with workshop and technical teams regarding progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate any recurring issues, safety concerns, or unusual product failures as appropriate.
- Produce customer guidance documents and support materials.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and understanding of company products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, warranty administration, aftersales support, service coordination, technical administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence handling telephone and email enquiries.
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
- Calm, professional, and organised, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Experience building effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- An interest in engineering, technology, or technical products would be advantageous, but full product training will be provided.
