The Role: I am looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Helpdesk Coordinator to join my client. You will act as the central point of communication, handling incoming and outgoing calls from clients and contractors, ensuring all requests are logged and resolved efficiently. Due to location, drivers are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and make calls to clients and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Log service requests accurately into the helpdesk system.
- Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors to schedule work.
- Track job progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and helpdesk systems.
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer service role (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
