ICT Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated ICT Teacher to join a dynamic secondary education team. This temporary full-time position requires an enthusiastic professional who can effectively teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality education and have a passion for developing students' computing skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging ICT lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum and other regulatory frameworks.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes interest in ICT and supports students' educational needs.
• Mark and provide constructive feedback on student work to support their learning and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and participate in school-wide initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching ICT at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum and educational practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
