ICT Teacher (Permanent)

Cambridgeshire Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

REED Education is pleased to be working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ secondary school in Cambridgeshire to recruit a motivated and forward-thinking ICT Teacher for a full-time, permanent role starting September 2026.

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality ICT / Computing lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
  • Teach a range of topics such as digital literacy, data handling, programming, and computer systems (depending on experience)
  • Inspire students to develop confidence, problem-solving, and computational thinking skills
  • Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of learners of all abilities
  • Contribute to a collaborative and well-resourced ICT/Computing department
  • Play an active role in the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally QTS (or working towards it), though strong unqualified teachers will be considered
  • Passionate about ICT, technology, and education
  • Confident classroom management and clear communication skills
  • Committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and student progress
  • ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
