Our client are expanding their IT infrastructure and are seeking an IT Administrator to assist and support this growth. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and excellent at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- IT Partner Management: Schedule and coordinate training, meetings, and appointments with IT partners and staff. Manage communications, report issues, and follow up on outstanding problems. Communicate organizational goals to partners and staff, review, analyze, and implement technological changes to enhance performance.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. Act as a liaison between IT partners and the organization, ensuring that internal controls are communicated and adhered to in all IT processes.
- Document Preparation: Draft documents, take notes at meetings, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain organized files and records related to IT and infrastructure.
- Administrative Support: Manage daily office functions concerning IT and infrastructure and conduct research to support senior management's decision-making process.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills with strong verbal and written capabilities.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Tech Savvy, proficient with various software and technology tools, including O365 (Excel, Word, Copilot, and SharePoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Professionalism in all interactions, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive situations with tact.
- Relevant experience of two to four years or equivalent in a similar role.
