IT Asset Manager
An global organisation an IT Asset Specialist to take on a range of activities within the Newcastle office.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating digital service activities and be involves in asset, licence, contract and supplier management. Day to day responsibilities of this role will include:
- IT Asset Management including IT asset allocation, stock levels, replenishment, audits etc
- Using the ServiceNow configuration management database for Newcastle based assets.
- Coordination of local joiners, leavers, movers where a DS service or asset is involved
- Contract Management for a subset of Digital Services contracts - supplier review meetings, performance management and contract renewals
- Performing local digital activities requiring low level technical competence
- Software Licencing management, evaluations, and renewal
- Desktop Management
- Procurement of technical equipment from suppliers
- Project management of technical procurement projects
- General office management and support

You must be fully eligible to work in the UK to apply to this position and be able to travel into the office 4 days per week.
