IT Procurement Officer London | Hybrid (3 days on-site) PermanentA leading global investment bank is hiring an IT Procurement Officer to join its London-based Procurement team.This role sits at the centre of the bank’s technology function. You will lead IT procurement activity, manage key suppliers, and negotiate complex contracts while ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance.You’ll work closely with IT leadership, the CIO Office, Legal, Risk and Information Security to support the bank’s technology plans and deliver cost-effective, well-controlled outcomes across the global IT estate.What You’ll Be Doing- Lead end-to-end IT procurement across software, hardware, cloud and IT services-Develop sourcing strategies aligned to business goals and risk requirements-Negotiate major technology contracts and deliver cost savings-Manage supplier due diligence, onboarding and ongoing oversight-Ensure compliance with internal policy and regulations (FCA, PRA, EBA, DORA)-Prepare clear commercial and cost analysis for senior stakeholders-Support governance forums and continuous process improvement What We’re Looking For-Strong IT procurement experience within banking or a regulated environment-Proven contract negotiation and RFX experience-Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, software and cybersecurity-Confident working with senior stakeholders and complex dataIf you are interested, please drop me a LinkedIn message and we can schedule a time to chat!
