IT Support Analyst-Inside IR35-Full Time Onsite

Our client based in Canterbury, Kent require an IT Technician to provide technical support, maintain hardware and software, manage networks, and ensure the safety and efficiency of IT systems for teachers and students. Key duties include troubleshooting technical issues, installing and updating applications, managing user accounts, maintaining school websites, and providing training on technology use. The specific responsibilities can vary depending on the school's size and IT needs, and may involve working alone or as part of a team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Acting as the first point of contact for staff and students' IT issues, resolving problems quickly and effectively. 
  • Hardware & Software: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, and software, including operating systems and applications.
