IT Support Assistant

An IT Support Assistant is required for our client based in Bolton. This role is expected to begin w/c 1st September 2025 and is offered on an initial two month basis (with the potential to extend by a further month if required). 5 days a week on site, in Bolton, therefore please only apply if you can commit to this.

Our client is looking for someone to join their team to help deliver an organisation-wide device (laptop) refresh. As an IT Support Assistant in our Technology service, you'll be part of a dynamic Solutions team supporting the delivery of this project.

It is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Reporting principally to the Technology Solutions Manager, you'll play a crucial role in providing a front-facing customer-focussed deployment of all devices to employees of the organisation.

Experience

• Good customer service skills – ideally have worked in a customer facing role previously
• Strong communication skills
• A basic knowledge of IT and/or looking to begin a career within IT support
