Location: Farringdon & Weybridge (Hybrid – 2+ days in-office)Salary: ~£26,000-28,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits + Discretionary Bonus Hours: 37.5 per week | 9:00am–5:30pm

My client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT Support Assistant to join their growing team and play a key role in keeping their tech running smoothly across two offices and a hybrid workforce of 130+ people.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for IT, a proactive mindset, and a love for solving problems. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support, inductions, hardware/software troubleshooting, and more – all within a collaborative and award-winning workplace culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and resolving IT tickets and internal tech issues
- Supporting software like MS Teams, Zoom, and CoPilot
- Handling hardware logistics, mobile devices, and inventory
- Assisting with IT inductions, home-working setups, and training
- Liaising with third-party IT providers and coordinating on-site visits
- Supporting IT projects, system updates, and internal communications
- Helping with new starter/leaver processes and documentation
- Providing tech support for company events and presentations
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year in an IT support role or 2+ years in admin/customer service with a passion for tech
- Experience with internal IT systems, third-party vendors, and software updates
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- A service-first mindset – you’ll be supporting internal and external clients with 5-star care
- Flexibility to work across both offices and occasionally outside standard hours
