We are seeking a tech-savvy IT Support & Trainer who loves helping people master IT skills and solving tech problems. This role involves a vital dual function of training and first-line support, ensuring our teams operate efficiently with the best use of technology.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and accessible IT training to staff at all levels, enhancing digital skills and promoting best practices in software and system usage.
- Provide first-line support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to maintain business continuity.
- Work closely with the IT Manager to ensure effective use of meeting room equipment and technology across the firm.
- Develop and analyse databases, and manage Microsoft 365 and MS Teams Telephony systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of IT systems, including Microsoft 365 and MS Teams Telephony.
- Experience in database development and analysis.
- Proven ability to deliver IT training and support in a business environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
