Training Specialist

• Daily Rate: £450 (inside IR35)
• Location: Mainly Remote
• Job Type: Contract (12 weeks)

We are seeking a Training Specialist with specific experience in Mosaic Adults training. This role involves creating and implementing a comprehensive training plan, developing materials, and setting up a Google microsite for training purposes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working within a Google environment and capable of delivering effective training remotely.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and implement a detailed training plan tailored to Mosaic Adults training.
• Create engaging training materials and resources.
• Set up and manage a Google microsite to host training materials.
• Deliver training sessions effectively, adapting to remote interaction to ensure high engagement and comprehension.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the training content meets the required standards and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the training program's effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Mosaic Adults training.
• Strong ability to develop training materials and plans.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace to create and manage training platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of delivering remote training.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
