Dutch Speaking – European Inbound Sales Executive
Salary: Up to £28,000 basic + £10,000 commission Location: Aston, Birmingham (Hybrid after training)Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

This isn’t cold, high-volume selling. It's a consultative, inbound-led role where you’ll nurture existing clients, respond to warm enquiries, and help customers find the right solutions. What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of European clients, primarily through inbound enquiries and warm outreach.
- Responding quickly to customer requests, providing quotes, product information, and delivery updates.
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and expand accounts.
- Following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital activity.
- Supporting field sales with coordination, planning, and project quotations.
- Producing accurate quotes (including high-value project work) and processing orders same-day.
- Keeping clients updated on stock, timelines, and technical information.
- Attending regular sales meetings and ongoing training sessions to sharpen your skills.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent Dutch and English (spoken & written).
- Experience in sales or telephone-based customer service is highly desirable.
- Confident communicating via phone and email.
- Comfortable working with IT systems and handling technical product info.
- Strong negotiation ability and the confidence to identify commercial opportunities.
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple client requests at once.
- A background in security or technology would be beneficial but not essential.
