Industry Engagement Lead - Technology

A public sector organisation is seeking an Industry Engagement Lead to help tackle online criminal activity—particularly fraud and volume cybercrime—by blending law enforcement and industry capabilities. Through targeted data and intelligence sharing, this project aims to prevent online crime at scale.

We’re looking for an Industry Engagement Lead within the Technology sector to help shape the future of online crime prevention. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic engagement with the technology sector, build trusted partnerships, and influence data-sharing frameworks that will disrupt criminal enablers online.

This role is a 12-month contract and required 12 days per month. The role is based in Central London and the daily rate will be dependant on experience up to £1200 per day via an Umbrella company (inside IR35). 

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships across the tech ecosystem.
• Identify barriers to effective data sharing and propose practical solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to government on industry perspectives and opportunities.
• Convene and chair meetings with industry, law enforcement, and government partners.
• Help shape collaborative frameworks to combat fraud and cyber threats.
