  • Contract: 6 months interim
  • Location: Caxton House, London (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
  • Salary: £550 per day (via Umbrella, inside IR35)

We are seeking an Industry Engagement Manager to lead the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement plans for the MoneyHelper pensions dashboard. This role is crucial in ensuring the dashboard's successful testing and launch, providing a secure and positive user experience by integrating over 60 million pension records.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the industry engagement lead for MoneyHelper dashboard user testing recruitment activities.
  • Capture and share industry insights to inform and improve the dashboard's functionality and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external organisations including pension providers, schemes, administrators, software providers, employers, and trade bodies.
  • Coordinate and implement collaboration plans with the pensions industry and other stakeholders to support testing activities and prepare for the dashboard's launch.
  • Develop and deliver materials to enable industry and other stakeholders to recruit consumers for testing the dashboard.
  • Prepare and tailor briefings and presentations for different audiences, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across the organisation.
  • Respond to industry queries effectively, sourcing information from existing guidance and relevant subject matter experts.
  • Represent the organisation at industry engagement meetings and trade body working group meetings as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across different teams and organisations, both internally and externally.
  • Confidence in navigating a fast-paced and complex programme or project environment.
  • Experience in leading the development and delivery of engagement plans.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with various audiences both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to interpret and simplify complex information for a wider audience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of the pensions or financial services industry and related communications.
  • Experience in large-scale Government-led digital projects.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder mapping and managing systems to record and monitor stakeholder information.
