An IT Infrastructure and Helpdesk Manager is required for our financial client who are based in Cheshire to lead the team during an exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing IT support team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage day-to-day helpdesk and infrastructure operations, ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing systems.
  • Drive service delivery improvements through KPIs, customer feedback, and best practice implementation.
  • Oversee infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system migrations.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and collaborate across departments to align IT support with business needs.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in IT helpdesk/support management (5+ years).
  • Strong technical background in infrastructure, networks, and desktop support.
  • Inspirational leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
