Integration Officer

Our client, a global and fast-growing organisation operating at the heart of the technology and supply chain sector, is seeking an Integration Officer. Supporting businesses worldwide with critical products and solutions, this role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, playing a key part in connecting systems, improving processes, and enabling seamless data flow across the organisation.

You’ll act as a central link between technical teams and business functions, helping design and deliver integration solutions that drive operational efficiency and support future growth.

This is a permanent position with a salary banding of £45,000 to £55,000 + excellent benefits. The organisation is based in Newbury, Berkshire and offers remote/hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

System Integration

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions to connect core business systems (e.g. CRM, HRIS, Finance)
  • Ensure seamless communication across internal platforms

API & Middleware Development

  • Build and maintain APIs and integration solutions
  • Enable reliable and efficient data exchange across systems

Requirements Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes
  • Translate requirements into clear technical specifications

Data Management

  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms
  • Oversee data mapping and synchronisation

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support the development and implementation of integration strategies
  • Contribute to structured delivery plans (Day )

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between IT, HR, Finance, and Operations
  • Align systems and processes across business functions

Risk Management

  • Identify risks and bottlenecks early
  • Implement proactive mitigation strategies

Stakeholder Communication

  • Manage communication between technical teams, business users, and leadership
  • Provide clear updates and manage expectations

About You

  • Experience in systems integration, APIs, or application support
  • Strong understanding of data flows, system architecture, or middleware
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments
