Interim Assistant Systems and Admin Support Officer
Reed HR are working alongside a large Public Body who are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join on a fixed-term contract to support the ongoing development, user engagement, and system performance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programme, with a particular focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting core HR systems such as Employee Central, Recruitment, and Learning, while also contributing to business administration functions and assisting with finance hypercare tasks during the ERP transition period.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
User Support & Issue Resolution:
- Serve as a first point of contact for queries related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Troubleshoot user issues by identifying root causes and delivering timely, effective resolutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to technical or functional specialists as appropriate.
System Navigation & User Guidance:
- Assist users with routine navigation and functionality such as updating personal data, accessing training modules, or managing performance and appraisal records.
- Provide clear, user-friendly guidance to help build user confidence and improve system engagement.
Service Request Logging & Monitoring:
- Log all user support interactions in the organisation’s ITSM ticketing system.
- Track progress of requests to ensure they are resolved in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate documentation of all issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Business Administration Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate updates to internal stakeholders across departments.
- Maintain accurate logs and trackers to support governance and audit requirements.
- Ensuring that all HR data is accurate and up-to-date, and resolving record anomalies and omissions.
Finance Hypercare Support:
- Assist with post-implementation finance-related tasks during the ERP hypercare period.
- Help monitor and triage user-reported finance and HR system issues.
Ongoing Development & Team Contribution:
- Stay informed about SAP SuccessFactors updates and changes through regular reading and team discussions.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and service development initiatives.
- Working with colleagues to support the transition to a new HR system.

- Familiarity with HR or finance systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA).
- Understanding of business processes and service delivery.
