Internal Sales Executive

Reed have partnered with our national client to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales Executive  in Central Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing inside sales team focused on B2B sales across corporate and public sector customers.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across a diverse customer base. You’ll be targeting new business, customers who don’t currently spend or  untapped potential, focusing on customers with low current engagement.

This is a hybrid, office-based role, with Tuesdays to Thursdays in the office and Mondays and Fridays working from home. The office is conveniently located in Bristol, easily accessible via major transport routes including Bristol Temple Meads station.

Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm Salary: £36k - £37k + Bonus (50% of annual salary, paid monthly, 2 months in arrears) 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow your customer accounts through strategic planning and engagement.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to identify new opportunities.
  • Run targeted campaigns to drive interest across the product portfolio.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and sales performance.
  • Manage leads from marketing campaigns and assess their potential.
  • Close contracts across a wide enterprise portfolio.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Support bid processes for high-value opportunities.
  • Use data and insights to drive continual sales improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and legal requirements.

You’ll be selling a wide range of business-focused products and services, including: Broadband, mobile, and networking, cloud and security services and digital transformation solutions tailored to business needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyse trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Confidence in handling complex customer scenarios and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share and receive feedback.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and identify more efficient approaches.
  • Skilled in negotiating and building value throughout the sales cycle.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and identifying key decision-makers.
