We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of several small-to-medium cyber security initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role is perfect for an early-career Project Manager who is proactive, curious, and confident in engaging with stakeholders and driving projects forward.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Cyber Controls Rollout & Assessments: Coordinate the rollout of existing cyber security controls across subsidiary organisations, support the delivery of a cyber assessment process, track remediation actions, and ensure appropriate governance and momentum.
  • ISO 27001 & Cyber Essentials Expansion: Assist in expanding ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials coverage, coordinate assessments to determine system suitability for accreditation, and engage with stakeholders for effective delivery.
  • Email Security Implementation: Support the rollout of an email security platform, coordinate vendor engagement, and ensure integration with Security Operations. Assist in the transition to live operations and maintain operational readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proactive and confident, comfortable in driving actions and responses.
  • Naturally inquisitive, able to ask pertinent questions across various project stages.
  • Organised and outcome-focused, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in project coordination, management, or PMO roles.
  • Exposure to technology or cyber-related projects is highly desirable.
  • Formal project management qualifications like PRINCE2 or Agile are beneficial but not required.

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of cyber security concepts and risk management.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, or related security frameworks.
  • Awareness of the dynamics within large or federated organisations.
