Are you meticulous, data-savvy, and ready to play a vital role in maintaining accurate local authority information We’re looking for a Land Charges & Property Database Officer to join a busy and supportive team within a Wembley-based local authority.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining and updating the council’s Local Land & Property Gazetteer (LLPG) — the definitive database of land and property address information, powered by UPRNs and compliant with BS7666 standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Updating the Property Database with new addresses, address changes, and associated data
- Ensuring outstanding accuracy and consistency across records
- Supporting data improvement projects and cleansing work
- Working independently once trained, with full team support available
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Database management experience – ideally linked to property or LLPG, but flexible background considered Exceptional attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Ability to use your own initiative and work independently Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (you choose which days)
- Training: Additional office days required during the first few weeks
- Immediate start available
