Lead Income Analyst - Interim

• Location: Warrington (Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
• Salary: £30.71 per hour via umbrella
• Job Type: Interim (12 months)

We are seeking a Lead Income Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Credit Performance and Insight Manager, you will lead a small team of analysts responsible for developing and maintaining a range of risk scorecards. These scorecards support the Income business unit in managing customer contact and debt. This role involves working closely with the Cash Collections Insight Manager to develop and maintain insightful reporting, identifying collections opportunities, and understanding customer payment behaviour.

• Lead a team of analysts in the development and maintenance of risk scorecards.
• Collaborate with the Cash Collections Insight Manager to develop reports that provide insights into collections opportunities and customer payment behaviours.
• Utilise advanced analytical tools such as Excel, Alteryx, Exasol, and Tableau to create and maintain reports.
• Employ SQL and database skills to manage and manipulate data effectively.
• Apply predictive analytical modelling techniques to improve business processes.
• Present findings and insights with confidence across all management levels.
• Ensure high standards of accuracy and detail in all analytical outputs.

• Degree in a mathematical, statistical, or scientific discipline.
• Expertise in Excel, Alteryx or similar workflow systems, Exasol, and Tableau.
• Strong SQL and database management skills.
• Working knowledge of R and/or Python is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of predictive analytical modelling techniques.
• Proven ability in data manipulation and interpretation for Management Information.
• Exceptional problem-solving and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
