We’re working with a fast-growing start-up that’s building something genuinely exciting at the intersection of software and hardware. They’re now looking for a Lead Python Developer to join their founding tech team and take ownership of the core platform.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to shape architecture, lead development, and work closely with embedded systems like Raspberry Pi in a real-world product environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the development of Python-based applications and services from the ground up
• Working closely with the founders to define technical strategy and roadmap
• Building integrations with Raspberry Pi and other hardware components
• Mentoring junior developers and helping scale the engineering team
• Driving best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with Python – ideally in a lead or senior role
• Exposure to Raspberry Pi, GPIO, or similar embedded systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile start-up environment
• Experience with Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
