At Reed Screening & Compliance, we help organisations hire safely and compliantly through industry-leading screening services. We're looking for an MI Specialist to deliver reporting, forecasting and commercial insights that support business performance and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Produce MI reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting for operational and leadership teams.
• Create innovative reporting solutions and business insight packs.
• Support invoicing, budgeting and financial reconciliation.
• Build pricing models and support new business proposals.
• Assist with forecasting and resource planning.
• Work closely with Finance, MI and operational stakeholders.

What we're looking fo r

• Experience in MI, reporting or data analysis.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and management reports.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
