MIS Manager & Trust Data Manager – Ongoing Temporary Role

Location: Isleworth Start: ASAP Contract: Ongoing Temporary Pay: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour

A forward-thinking school in Isleworth is seeking an experienced MIS Manager & Trust Data Manager to join them on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a key role supporting the school and wider trust with all Management Information Systems, data reporting and compliance, and data protection duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the school’s MIS, ensuring accurate, timely data across all systems.
• Support statutory returns including School Census and trust reporting.
• Provide technical support, reporting, system updates and staff access management.
• Oversee data quality, data migration, retention, and compliance across systems.
• Maintain links between MIS and other platforms (HR, Exams, Admissions, Attendance etc.).
• Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the Trust, including SAR/FOI management, policies, breach response and GDPR compliance.
• Deliver training and support for staff using MIS and data systems.

What They are Looking For

• Strong experience working with school MIS (SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom etc.).
• Excellent data management and reporting skills.
• Understanding of GDPR, data protection and compliance (DPO experience desirable).
• Ability to provide high-quality technical support and system administration.
• Confident communicator able to work across multiple teams and functions.
